Our first impulse is to ask, “Who cares?” But, if you came to this section then you either care or are curious. The latter is the likeliest, but we don’t want to offend anyone before we even have a chance to ingratiate ourselves to you with our work. We feel much more comfortable joking about our foibles and character flaws than listing our accomplishments and contributions to mankind. (It may be because we are both Cancerians or that this isn’t our first summer out. Who knows?)
About Robyn DiPietrantonio: Robyn designs with great flexural properties, she has the ability to spring back 1000s of times without permanent distortion.
For 20+ years, (I was 2 when I got my 1st job), I have dedicated my career to design and color. From designing and developing home decor product and textiles, to my years designing prints & wovens for many successful companies, my passion has always been in the way color and pattern surround us. I don’t just dream in color. I dream in Pantone and 1/2 drops. My favorite word to say is gouache. And gingerale.
About Donna Halloran: Donna has always effortlessly flown in the air, just above trees and buildings, in her dreams.
Another 20+ years in the textile industry and I have obviously become a very tactile person. My left foot is bigger than my right. I was a very mischievous child. I am a mischievous adult. I wore Earth shoes, gauze tops and had a Toni Tennille haircut in 6th grade. My heart feels young and my memory seems to be failing me. I have a psychological aversion to eggs and milk. I was never picked first for gym team. I'm no Pollyanna, but I am guided by the conviction that mankind is fundamentally good. A life highlight: Five stars on my forehead at the end of a smokin’ day in first grade.
